Lobster Bistro, located on the top floor of Galerie Šantovka, is a stylish café focused on fresh, honest, and high-quality products. Every morning until 11:00, you can enjoy both sweet and savoury breakfasts, as well as our daily selection of savoury snacks, sandwiches, and desserts. At the heart of the bistro is Head Pastry Chef Pavla Krmelová, the creator of our renowned desserts, who also leads the pastry team for the neighbouring Lobster Restaurant. Our display counter offers a selection of delicacies — fresh pastries, desserts, and sandwiches to take away. The drinks menu features prosecco, wines, homemade lemonades, specialty teas, freshly ground specialty coffee, and matcha. In summer, you can enjoy your coffee or dessert on our terrace overlooking the historic centre of Olomouc.
