After an extensive renovation in the summer of 2025, we now offer guests a modern, spacious environment with an atmosphere that combines family comfort with the elegance of Italian cuisine. The kitchen is led by the experienced chef duo František Pospíšil and Tomáš Juřík, who together create a menu based on authentic Italian ingredients and traditional techniques. We make fresh pasta served with classic sauces and bake true Neapolitan pizza in our wood-fired oven. Several times a week, we receive deliveries of fresh seafood and lobsters to ensure they are always at their best on your plate. Don’t have time for a weekend in Italy? With us, Italy is within reach — right in the heart of Olomouc. And if pasta or seafood isn’t your preference, you’ll be delighted by our selection of aged steaks from our new dry-aging room.
